Why Parents Love
Our Productions

Free to Be Me is more than a rehearsal space. It's where kids discover who they truly are, find their voice, and perform their hearts out.

💪

Confidence That Lasts

There's nothing like performing on a real stage to transform a hesitant kid into a bold, brave performer. Parents tell us their children walk differently after this experience.

🤝

Teamwork in Action

Theater teaches kids that every role matters and the show only works when everyone shows up for each other. These lessons go way beyond the curtain call.

🎨

Real Creative Expression

Kids don't just memorize lines. They make choices, take risks, and bring a character to life through acting, singing, and movement. This is creativity at its most alive.

🌟

Genuine Stage Presence

Our directors know how to pull the sparkle out of every performer. By opening night, you'll watch your child command a stage and wonder when exactly that happened.

💛

Friendships That Stick

When you rehearse, laugh, and stress together for weeks, you become a cast family. Kids leave with the kind of friendships they still talk about years later.

🎭

Supportive Environment

Free to Be Me is a judgment-free zone. Every kid, shy, loud, new to theater, or seasoned performer, feels seen, safe, and celebrated here.

got questions?

Parents Ask, We Answer

Does every child get to perform?
Yes, 100%, no exceptions. Every student who registers is guaranteed a place in the cast. Your child will be on that stage on opening night. That is a promise.
What if my child is brand new to theater?
Then this is exactly the right place to start. Most of our cast members are first-time performers. Our directors love helping a child discover their voice for the very first time. No prior acting, singing, or dance training is required, just enthusiasm and a willingness to try.
Are auditions required to be in the show?
No. Auditions are available only for students seeking a lead or featured role. All registered students are cast and will perform on stage. Simply register and you are in.
What should my child wear to rehearsals?
Comfortable, movement-friendly clothing they don't mind getting animated in. Think joggers, leggings, t-shirts, and sneakers. Avoid flip flops or anything restrictive. Costume details will be shared with registered families closer to the show.
What is included in the $375 tuition?
Tuition covers all rehearsals, professional musical direction, acting coaching, choreography, and your child's full performance experience in the production. Any costume requirements will be communicated separately.
My child is shy. Will they be okay?
Shy kids are often our most incredible transformations. Our directors build a zero-pressure environment where kids are never put on the spot before they're ready. By opening night, parents of shy kids genuinely can't believe the change. This is one of our favorite parts of what we do.
Is this a drop-off program?
Yes! Rehearsals are drop-off format. Detailed scheduling, location, and drop-off and pick-up info will be shared with all registered families before June 9.
What if we have a vacation or summer activity that conflicts with rehearsals?
We get it, summer is busy! Because of the length of the rehearsal period, we do accept conflicts as long as they are communicated well in advance. For students auditioning for lead or featured roles, vacations and any anticipated missed rehearsals should be submitted on a conflict form prior to auditions. We know things come up, so just communicate openly and early and we will work with you.
